Zenzile is an independent thirty-five-year-old woman who is mildly mentally disabled. She was abandoned at a young age and was placed in foster care where she was abused. Zenzi was made a ward of the Avril Elizabeth Home at the age of 17 and went on to become head girl of Doug Whitehead School. She is a hard worker, and helps in the kitchen and tuck-shop every day.
